We are currently looking for an Installation and Maintenance Engineer to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced fire and security systems engineer to be based in Essex & London.
They must have experience in Fire, CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarm systems, and have experience in installing and servicing/maintaining systems.
This role requires extensive knowledge and familiarity of the commonly installed hardware and software used with Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV & Access Control Systems. (Our engineers will be expected to acquire such knowledge by attending, at the Company’s expense, relevant training courses if required.)

Maintain to high standards and keep comprehensive records
Ensure customers receive adequate training
Represent company in a professional manner
Read RAMs before attending site and ensuring safety standards are met at all times
All persons within the Company’s employ have a responsibility to ensure full compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy.
The candidate must also be able to work alongside other trades and contractors in a considerate manner, whilst not being side-tracked or delayed in the fulfilment their duties.
The role may also require the mentoring of more junior engineers. The ability to pass on their own knowledge, whilst still working to tight time schedules is paramount.
Good communication skills are a must, being able to liaise with the client, end-user and our own Project Management Team.
A company uniform will be provided to carry out your duties. Own hand tools, but the company will issue other tools i.e. 110v equipment, cordless drill and ladders etc.
All staff must have a fully checkable employment history as security screening is required.
Working hours will nominally be 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility will be required to ensure that we meet our clients’ needs. Overtime available.
Salary negotiable subject to experience.
20 days annual leave.
A Company vehicle, mobile phone etc. will be provided.
